Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall filed a lawsuit against US President Joe Biden’s decree on vaccination of federal contractors from COVID-19, calling it “blatantly unconstitutional,” Fox News reported on November 2.

The politician condemned the decree for being vague, and said that in accordance with the decree, contractors who work at home and do not infect colleagues are still forced to be vaccinated.

He explained that he also filed a lawsuit in order to prevent the president from continuing to seize power.
“If he has the authority to force employees to get vaccinated, ostensibly so that they are healthy and work, then, according to this logic, he has the authority to force the wives and children of contractors to get vaccinated,” the prosecutor said.
Recall that a warning about the upcoming closure of dozens of fire stations due to the unwillingness of rescuers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 was made by trade unions in the American city of New York.
